What an incredible property Holly House is! I felt like I was in a fairytale staying here. The hosts were absolutely lovely and so accommodating. We (my mother, sister, and I) didn't rent a car, and Jeff went above and beyond to offer to drive us to nearby locations twice when we couldn't get a taxi. None of us have big appetites in the morning, so we only had the cooked breakfast once, but it was delicious! Otherwise a nice cup of coffee with toast, yogurt, and fruit was wonderful to have in the mornings. Truly a delightful stay and we would all love to come back again.

Not enough hot water for 3 people to shower, but the heater in the bathroom was nice and warm. Wi-fi was spotty, but we had many events to attend, so it wasn't a huge issue.

The room was an ancillary en-suite and the WiFi didn’t work. Gravel driveway outside windows was sometimes loud.

The hosts were excellent, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfasts in the lovely garden room were superb. The guest house was centrally located for all the gardens we wished to visit. A wonderful mini-break.
