Wenig Licht da keine Fenster, sondern nur eine Balkontür ohne Vorhänge.

Location was excellent

Rubbish everywhere as you come out of the building. The external area requires cleaning. There are bags of rubbish lying around.

Great location with almost everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Very quiet despite being a minute away from bars and restaurants. Comfortable bed and air conditioning worked really well.

Difficult to find on arrival as not signposted outside the first gate. Some scissors in the cutlery drawer would be a good addition to open food packaging. The hairdryer didn't work. Free toiletries meant hand soap and shower gel but no shampoo or conditioner. There was a safe but no key to lock it.

El apartamento se nota que está recién reformado. Situado a 3 min del metro, tranvía y del bus que te lleva al aeropuerto (linea 100) En el centro donde están los bares y restaurantes. El apartamento está totalmente equipado y todo funciona correctamente.

El edificio es antiguo pero le da su encanto.

Unica nota negativa: il phone in bagno non funzionava

It was better than described, easy to find and access, perfectly clean. The host was immediately in contact when I reported a faulty Kettle. Excellent accommodation

Great location and the apartment has a lift - very handy with heavy suitcases - excellent air conditioning and well supplied kitchen. The shower was fully functional with plenty of hot water - the bathroom was completely tiled, and looked new, and included a washing machine (not mentioned in the booking). Very useful drying rack that fitted the small outdoor balcony - so in July everything dried quickly. The location is close to places of interest and also places for coffee/breakfast/ dinner etc. There is a comprehensive 'supermarket' (for food and necessities) withing a two minute walk.

Add an iron please to go with the ironing board. Although there was hand liquid soap and kitchen detergent it would be helpful to have shampoo as well. The entrance to the front door through a courtyard is rather dingy, but clearly all the other residents would need to agree to do something about that area. Having said that - once outside the courtyard the location is very central. Suggested change in wording description on access: Press x then press y and then enter code xxxx.
