Easy to find, plenty of parking, clear communication by the staff to access the building, facilities are well maintained, room is comfortable. Near sundry shop, hotel also provide some quick bites for purchase. Iron and ironing board are provided in common area. Towels are provided. Wifi is good and Smart TV can browse Netflix is golden. My room has no windows but the backdoor/emergency exit at the back has full view of Bukit Merah (I think) which is fantastic.

They have provided a fan in the washroom to circulate the air but tiny point to comment there is an unpleasant smell coming from the sewer that waft through when you are in theree. Otherwise toilet is a good size and all taps run well. Bring your own toiletries.

Amazingly clean place. Very close to where i was going for a meeting and plenty of parking space. The owner was very helpful and attentive. Though i had to self check in, the instructions were very clear for me.
