Beautiful, peaceful guesthouse with extremely comfortable rooms! The double bed was so soft and comfy, with plump pillows to sink into and a great air con to escape the heat. The balcony at the top was lovely too with a fantastic view across the lake!

Bathroom separate up stairs in living area. And some misleading information about drinking water. If they say drink the tap water as it’s filtered, don’t!

Where should I even begin? During our entire trip we stayed in over a dozen hotels, and this was the only one that left us disappointed. Even the check-in process was problematic. We were asked to contact the hotel before arrival, so we sent our exact arrival time, which they accepted. However, when we arrived, nobody was there, and the entrance itself was very difficult to find. We ended up wasting almost an hour just trying to check in. The room we were given had no window and smelled of mold coming from the bathroom. The towels were dirty — folding them into swans didn’t make them any cleaner. We asked to change rooms, but the host told us that all the other rooms were occupied and that the one we received was exactly as shown in the photos (?!). I checked Booking.com myself and found another room available — cheaper than the one we had booked. I asked if we could switch while keeping the original price. In the meantime, the owner increased the price on Booking.com by 20% and claimed that the previous price had not been updated. The host’s attitude toward guests also left a lot to be desired. He behaved as though he was doing us a favor.
