Super Erreichbarkeit von den Mitarbeitenden und dem Eigentürmer des Apartments. Sehr herzliche Menschen, die immer einen guten Tipp bereit hatten und uns sehr unterstützt haben. Das Apartment liegt in einem authentischen und aufgeweckten Viertel (ca. 20 Min Gehweg in das Zentrum). Man hat gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in max. 10 min Gehweg um sich herum, wodurch man sich gut verpflegen kann.

Die Umgebung und das Viertel ist sehr laut, da die Menschen bis spät abends auf der Straße zusammensitzen und gemeinsam essen. Wenn man sehr Geräusche empfindlich ist, ist das Apartment zu laut. Wenn man jedoch authentischen sizilianischen Flair schätzt und das für einen auch die Reise ausmacht, ist es eine schöne Unterkunft.

We had all the necessary facilities (fan, air conditioning, iron, washing machine). The location is brilliant - center and port are just 10 minutes away, airport bus stop and bus to Mondello (beaches) also are so clore. Special thanks to Sergio for the early check in. We came to Palermo at 9 AM and he welcomed us right when we came.

The area is quite loud and it hard to sleep at night with open windows. But it the same time, it gives you true Sicilian vibes and charm :)

I loved that the property is in city centre. There are amazing coffee shops that you can enjoy delicious pastries and coffee. We have parked the car on the street in front of the property and it was ok.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und voll im Einheimischen Viertel. Für uns war es perfekt. Sehr nah zum Zentrum und alles zu Fuß machbar.

The owners clearly have invested money in renovating the interior of the apartment and putting in air conditioning, all of which is very nice but sadly the location is horrible for sleeping

Street party just outside the apartment on Friday till 1am and Saturday till 3-4am… impossible to sleep. The owner messaged after the first night (Friday) to apologize for any inconvenience and to be kind in my review and not to give one if it’s going to be less than 8 points… but I cannot in good conscience let others book this place without knowing about the noise on the weekend. We were only there Friday and Saturday, maybe other days are better but I don’t know. I get that the street party is not caused by the owners but it is sadly an unavoidable part of staying here. We did also see some cockroaches so didn’t dare to use the utensils, kept all our food in the fridge and used our own disposable cutlery.

The cockroaches and some crazy night party on the street till 4am. The didn’t even managed to reply to my question when this noice will stop. I was with kid and wife and we couldn’t get sleep till 3am

Owner was easy to contact and flexible. We managed all the topics.

Location is really bad. Even it’s not so far from city center apartment is located in stinky, unclean and loud area. There are no photos from outside which is tricky.
