I am absolutely disgusted the way you just barged your way in when I have extended my booking to SUNDAY 13th OCTOBER. You shouted at me and abused me when you were in the wrong. I will be leaving an extremely negative review on booking.com and I demand a refund for today as I do not feel safe in this property as you just barge your way in and abused me. I have booked this property on booking.com which has been APPROVED and I messaged you numerous times to resolve this. This was approved and you got the date wrong thinking today was 13th and demanded I leave? I am fine with someone making a mistake but you were absolutely vile to me when you were in the WRONG. You should be saying sorry for barging your way in and screaming at me about being in the property even though I’ve paid for it.

The location of the apartment was fantastic as it was close to all the amenities in Harrogate. It was excellent value for money. Owners were very helpful and efficient sharing the relevant information that we needed. The apartment was amazing and super comfortable. Will definitely be booking again when we next need to stay in Harrogate.

We probably parked in the wrong place, but we were lucky and don't seem to have suffered from this! But there is plenty of parking near the apartment. The owners would have been more than helpful if we had asked for their assistance in where to park, but we didn't ask.
