The location was accurate

The facilities were just bare minimum. Since the booking was done with discounts, the hotel personnel were indifferent and allotted an untidy rooms in the second floor. I had made additional requests for a ground floor room due to my surgery which was not fulfilled.

Room ambiance and cleanliness of bed sheets

Receptionist asked me to cancel the booking as they were charging extra after showing the booking.com receipt. So i left the hotel and didn't stay there...

We had booked 4 rooms as it was a family trip. This was the worst experience ever. Firstly, the hotel staff did not understand Hindi, English what they understood was quite basic. Due to the language barrier it was difficult to communicate. Also there was no hot water due to some issue with the heating system of the entire hotel, they first told us to wait for 30mins and it will be solved but 1 hour passed but nothing happened and at last we had to have a bath using cold water. Also the rooms are not well maintained, the walls and furniture are all dirty. Also the linen, pillow, etc were dirty white. No toiletries provided. Worst experience ever.
