Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that this property can only accommodate couples and families only. There is a penalty fee of GBP 50 if there has been smoking in your room during your stay. Please note there is no capacity for extra people in the rooms. This property does not offer cots or cribs. There is a GBP 12 charge for lost keys. Please note that at least one guest must be 18 years and older. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. A deposit may be required at the property.
