Reef Hostel

The staff are very accommodating and understanding. We have a hygine issue during our first day here and had to cancel because of that and the staff facilitated everything and promised to trybto refund us after he gets approval.. They have a very peaceful vibes albeit sometimes there are noises from non guests that customers of the cafe

One of the owner named Albert who is demanding and instructing the staff for our bank accounts before they refund the cash payment that we did on our first stay. That owner has no emphaty whatsoever, he is asking for absurd requirement that makes refunding very difficult even though we have a very valed reason which I don't want to do divulge here anymore.

Location is close to the airport. A lot of restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool was great. Good value for money.

Reception area needs an update.

Ca 20 Minuten zu Füs vom Flughafen entfernt. Sehr sauber und alle Betten sind mit Vorhang, Ablage, Licht und Steckdose ausgestattet. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Super schönes und günstiges Hostel im Zentrum von Puerto Princesa. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und sauber, die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Das dazugehörige Caffe/Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Sollte ich wieder mal nach Puerto Princesa gehen, wird das definitiv wieder meine Unterkunft.
