"Que mejoren el aseo y cambien los almohadones"

Buena ubicación

Las almohadas de la cama son malísimas y el aseo , me quede varios días y solo cambiaban toallas y hacían la cama aveces ni confort dejaban ni tampoco hacían aseo general

El problema es en conserjería por lo general te tocaba siempre esperar por las llaves 🔑. El viernes en el turno PM tuve que esperar con mi familia 30 minutos fuera del hotel.

La conexión con internet. Estaba ubicada en la habitacion del piso 5to y la señal de wifi no llegaba por completo y era intermitente. Todo lo demás excelente.

Habitación agradable, buen trato de la recepcionista y de las chicas del desayuno. WiFi en todo momento, con aire acondicionado y cero ruido del exterior.

Primero que todo, la cama!! Era muy dura. Segundo, las almohadas, estaban muy gastadas y no cumplían su función. No recomendaria este lugar, ya que uno sale casi todo el dia, y lo unico que quiere al llegar a la habitacion es tirarse a la cama; cosa que era muy frustrante. Y lo otro, es que cuando llegamos, en la ducha habian unos pelos en la pared.
