I liked that it is located on the main street of the city so it is very easy to get to, and the kindness of the staff w as incredible I felt at home...

I didn't like that the A.C. in my room was not working and the staff knew about it and yet they still put me in it... especially as it was in the middle of summer... but they did leave a fan for me, which was kind of them... but I would have preferred an A.C. though... I have stayed in other hotels in Tacna where they can call a taxi to take you to the airport, unfortunately this hotel does not provide that service. But I believe it is still possible to provide it especially for tourists who are not from South America and have problems with language as well
