The hotel had not accepted the booking through Booking.com. they said they have not received communication from you. Also understand they lost money being a member of booking.com and hence they refused accepting the confirmation number. The manager was rude , impatient and discussed with owner. When there's low occupancy booking.com is ok, when there is demand they will not accept reservation through booking.com Why are you having such hotel in your recommendation. Booking.com is the first one to be blamed
