It's a special unique place. Secluded, with a magnificent view, in the middle of nature.

For the price I would expect breakfast to have more variety and quality.

Clean, attention to details, view, staff, breakfast… everything

One point of improvement could the bedding service. We stayed for four nights and our bedsheets have not been changed and we had to ask also for towels to be changed before they did so. Maybe there’s only weekly maintenance but it will be nice to share the information in advance :)

"Magnifique séjour"

L’hôtel se situe en pleine nature et c’est très reposant. La literie est incroyable, le personnel aux petits soins, la navette gratuite pour se déplacer dans les restaurants de l’île et le petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre. Les couchers de soleils sont magnifiques. Quel bonheur d’avoir séjourné ici. Merci pour tout !

"Carolines Resort is a very friendly and pleasant place to stay while in Palau"

The location of Carolines is amongst a lovely rainforest and well established gardens with a great views over a local village and out to the islands. The staff were the highlight of the resort, they were soo helpful, nice and friendly, really beautiful people! They transported us into town every day, picked us up, always on time when arranged, vehicles well maintained and cleaned. The breakfast was delivered to our room on time every day, with a good choice to choose from and well presented. Our room was clean and very comfortable for the price.

Nothing really, the resort is priced accordingly.
