it’s a nice and clean caravan with all the amenities you need. enough space for a family of four. Its set in a lovely quiet location, which we loved about it and easy to drive to nearby villages; such as Keswick and Windermere This has been our 2nd visit, last year we stayed in April, and both occasions hit lovely weather.

Nice caravan..the decking was nice.

The site and general area were a little bland..and yes I did know that the site had absolutely no facilities..at the time of booking I wasn't particularly bothered because I thought they would be restaurants and shop in the village..unfortunately there was nothing.

Lovely, clean caravan with everything you need included, Wifi is a must for us and it worked great throughout the van. Wonderful that our dog was allowed to go, she especially loved walking out the French doors onto the balcony and back in the side door, it was a great game for her, she was secure with having a gate and loved sunbathing on the decking. Great contact from owner besides a slight blip from Booking.com. It's a nice, well maintained site as long as you don't expect shops and pubs like more commercialised ones and was a great base for us to go off exploring The Lake District each day. It was great to have my own en suite toilet to the main bedroom, very spacious caravan and would use again if visiting the area in the future.

Only a couple of points, the pizza tray hadn't been cleaned from previous use and it would have been better to have full toilet rolls instead of 3/4 used ones in both bathrooms but these points certainly didn't alter affect our stay.

The property had everything we needed. It was lovely and clean when we arrived, I couldn’t have asked for a better caravan. Perfect location.Overall, fantastic caravan and everything went smoothly. Will definitely book again. Thank you!
