Aesthetics are nice.

The cleanliness level wasn’t great, and they don’t have a basic hairdryer in the room. I was given a room where there was work being done, there was dust everywhere and disturbance. The room shouldnt have been let out.

All staff are too good Mr Shankar,Mr Pankaj and one more cleaning staff I don't know her name but they are all very good staff Special thanks to Ms Namita Ji who is handling all my booking check-in and check-out process very smoothly, I recommend everyone who's searching hotel in Delhi. They didn't tell me they're not accepting foreign (non indian) credit cards. Even after texting them my arrival time. They didn't want me to check in until I went to withdraw money. Around 11pm

Room allotted seemed very basic for the price

Staff was extremely nice , both managers were good . I extended my stay for three more nights and i wanted to see the owner Mr Sarna to personally pass my views but unfortunately couldnt see him . i was very well touched by the big display of parents picture at the entrance . there are few things that are minor and can be taken care of . over all good experience . shops near by , cinema near by , Mcdonalds near by , metro nearby . nothing to complain about . thank you everyone for such a good experience .

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. It’s conveniently located near the central market, making it easy to access a variety of snacks and shops. The staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive—special thanks to Shankar and Amit, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and comfortable. The hotel also offers a safe and peaceful environment, complemented by a beautiful garden. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Delhi in the future.

Shankar is the man who does everything. This place would not function without him. nothing is too much trouble for him. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is great easily walkable to the metro. Communal kitchen is very useful.

Facilities in some rooms are much better than others.
