人員親切，臺灣語、華語能溝通。 房間樸素恬淡，讓人心神寧靜，是個能在京都參拜行程中，好好休息的據點。

防音稍嫌差一點，可以聽到隔壁打呼。或許敏感的、難以入睡的人會有點困擾，但我個人是完全沒問題。

階段移動があるので、足腰元気な方にオススメです。

Just a few minutes from the Imperial Palace, the location could not be better, perfectly placed for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. From the moment I arrived, I received a genuinely warm welcome. The owner clearly explained the amenities and offered helpful tips to make the most of the area. The room and shared spaces were spotlessly clean, with fellow guests respectful of the standard. The heating kept everything comfortably warm during cold evenings. Both the host and her mother acknowledged me every time, coming or going, and were always generous with advice, assistance, and generally checking if everything was ok. I really enjoyed my stay.

台灣人阿嬤開的，會講台語，很親切 有免費洗衣、還有好喝的茶包，還可以用微波爐冰箱，應有盡有，超方便。 下雪時，開暖氣也超舒服♥️ 要去各種景點附近就有公車站 晚上要吃東西附近有24小時超市 還有超讚的榻榻米地板 超級適合獨旅的人👍🏻 附近也有錢湯，很方便，幾乎可以每晚都去放鬆！
