Lo que más me gustó fue, sin duda, la amabilidad, el trato servicial y la gran profesionalidad del recepcionista. Desde el primer momento hizo que la estancia fuera mucho más agradable, siempre atento, resolutivo y con una actitud impecable hacia el cliente. Sin duda, marca la diferencia.

Hubo un pequeño inconveniente con el baño de la primera habitación, pero el recepcionista lo revisó al momento y, al no poder solucionarlo, me cambió rápidamente de habitación sin ningún problema.
