Todo excelente, muy cerca de pizzerias, pollerías, un market y una farmacia, al costado de un restaurant buenazo, de ahí se puede ir a muchos lugares. La atención del hotel muy buena, tranquilo para ir con familia.

En el 2do piso las barandas podrían ser peligrosas para niños pequeños, despues todo ok.

The location was excellent, very quiet and calm. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We extended our stay!

The room needed more hooks to hang bags, etc.

The location was superb. The service from all employees was excellent and the food was delicious.

The place is great, with pool, beach volley and relaxing area. The room is huge (so huge that I think you can do more with it for the one double bed room). Access to great beach. Very helpful employee. Nice and tasty restaurant 2min walking. Even with high tide and extraordinary waves, the beach and hotel felt very safe. When there was a problem with the electricity in the whole 5 had a generator for basic utility.

2 things: the room is a bit anonymous. It is clear that it is design to accomodate more beds when needed, but I think they could have 1 or 2 rooms for couples with a bit more style...or a sofa..or table or something on walls. An extra hanger or wardrobe or other would be enough. The second thing has few to do with the hotel but mainly with the location: the small village nearby is really ''dead''. 2 restaurants, one bodega about 40m2 with really basic things..if you are ok to eat and live in the hotel or have a car or ok to take taxi for 20+min all good. Otherwise you should consider other areas. Once again, nothing to do with the hotel...there are amazing 400-500$ night all inclusive hotels around which are exactly in the same position. Actually, they are even further from this town. While there the electricity failed one night for about 10h...I have the feeling that closer to Mancora this would have been repaired faster...

The room is big and comfortable. The wifi is good enough to work. The breakfast is good & the food and drinks are delicious in the hotel. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and the service is excellent, highly recommend!
