Mattress too soft, no spare loo roll

The space, the window view, the atmosphere, the location, the cleaningness. All on point. The big television in the lounge. The house is surrounded by nice shops, chineese, and the good gesture of cars that stops to allow pedestrians.

There was no micro wave and washing machine which I understand the washing machine part. But we still liked the house.

Property as pictured and lovely and spacious, well equipped kitchen- all you could need for a stay! Beds were super comfortable and it was great to have the lounge to chill in, good location in Halesowen and secure parking! Communication was good thank you

The tap in the kitchen area was not fitted and water spurted out from the base making it unable to use and unsafe

Inside apartment was nice, though flooring in the lounge was not stuck down properly. Mirror in bathroom far too high, so you couldn’t see to brush your hair! Also bulb was missing in the side table in double bedroom.

The outlook into the garden was not very nice, it was full of rubbish, so looks as if derlict property. Also did not realise that apartment was on a roundabout with various doors to other apartments. Car parking was around the corner, not what I expected as thought it was on site.

Good location and spacious apartment. Very secure parking. Clean bed linen and towels. Very friendly host who met us there to explain parking area and codes for parking lot padlock, key box and wifi.

It wasn't obvious that the apartment was on the roundabout so we drove up Long Lane before we realised the house numbers weren't traditional! We had a missed call from a number that wasn't listed on the property details but I called back and it was actually the host. Normally we wouldn't answer calls from numbers we don't recognise.
