Everything was amazing! Cozy house and very comfy. Everything is available and close and you are literally 30 min away from everything in Kutaisi. The owner was super friendly and returned our money when we accidentally paid her more than the price. She was honest and contacted us right away. The place is truly amazing. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was nice

Price/value is perfect for a few nights stay. Owner is always available and supportive, and speaks very good English.

Only very minor drawbacks. TV screen is dead, kids were bit disappointed. And parking directly outside is not possible, but there are plenty spaces available in 100-200 meters walking distance.
