Lake Quarter Apartment

Great location and facilities overall. The fold out sofa bed is not as advertised. A standard sofa to be used as a bed and a single fold up mattress type thing, which is not what we were expecting and was not suitable for an adult to sleep on. Upstairs was extremely hot, and the fans provided did not provide any cooling at all. Ideally, it needs another air-conditioning unit upstairs.

Super clean! Great location easy to deal with and great communication! Left house rules so we knew what was expected of us.

No potatoe masher or cheese grater haha! Nothing serious! No face cloths!

Very hot upstairs, there is no AC and Fan is not enough. No instructions about common passage light so it was dark to come to room using stairs.

Excellent location , so handy for all public transport within north shore and to Auckland CBD The property is new build, very stylish, well furnished, with all dishes etc in kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Smart tv Air con in living area and fans in bedrooms. Lovely balcony. Quiet residential position . Parking on site

How spacious the whole apartment was.

That there was no air conditioning unit upstairs. Had fans in the rooms but it was way too warm upstairs for the fans and really needs an air conditioning unit.

Spacious and well equipped.

Stay in late Jan/early Feb. Bedrooms unbearably hot- up to 36 degrees by thermometer on fan. Bedrooms need air con. Mattresses very firm. On Lake Road, so much traffic noise if window open.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge area. Great showers and bath. Very clean and lots of nice extras like salt and pepper, oil, sugar etc. Really enjoyed cooking a proper meal.

Only complaint is upstairs, where the bedrooms are, was so hot and no air con. Small problem though as everything else was lovely.

Clean & generously sized apartment in a newly built apartment complex. Comfortable new beds, well stocked kitchen, multiple bathrooms, smart TV, wifi and aircon in living area. Good location, close to beaches and shops.

Would highly recommend at least one aircon to be installed on the top floor where the bedrooms are (living area & kitchen are on the second floor, bedrooms on the third floor get very hot from sunset/cooking/using the washing machine etc). There are fans provided which are helpful.
