"Heerlijk verblijf met alles op loopafstand!"

De locatie is geweldig, je wandelt zo naar Garda, naar het strand en naar het zwembad. De eigenaar was ook zeer vriendelijk en vrolijk. Het complex doet enigszins ouderwets aan, maar wel top verzorgd. Het dakterras is heerlijk om de ochtend met koffie en uitzicht op zee te beginnen.

We wisten het ook met boeken, maar een balkon was toch wel fijn geweest. En voor een gezin met grotere pubers is met zijn allen in één ruimte toch niet ideaal. Met jongere kinderen zeker een goede optie.

A noi è piaciuto tutto: l'accoglienza al nostro arrivo, l'appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario e anche di più (console per giocare, ombrellone, giochini da mare, ombrelli per la pioggia, libri, kit di benvenuto), i letti comodi e comodissimi anche i cuscini (cosa veramente degna di nota). Doccia di ampie dimensioni, comodissima per chi ha bambini. Poi c'è la piscina, veramente molto bella, cui si accede con una piccola passeggiata di 5-10 minuti. Dal residence si accede ad un sottopassaggio che porta direttamente sul lungolago e in 10 minuti si arriva in centro.

Küche super ausgestattet. Badetücher inklusive. Tolle Lage: sehr nah zum Strand und fussläufig in die Stadt. Top check-in und check-out mit Mauro, der super hilfsbereit ist und alle Fragen prompt beantwortet.

Un appartement d'une propriété irréprochable. Des lits confortables avec beaucoup d'espace. L'appartement est très bien équipé pour cuisiner. Il y a même du café, de l'huile, du vinaigre... Mauro est très sympathique et nous a donné des cadeaux de bienvenue (boissons, gâteaux, fruits). La piscine est splendide et le restaurant à côté est très bon. Un passage sous la route permet de rejoindre la promenade près du lac.

Un peu long pour rejoindre la piscine mais elle le vaut bien !

Posizione ottima, bagno ristrutturato recentemente spazioso e pulito, e la piscina vicina è veramente molto bella!

L'unica cosa da fare attenzione è l'ascensore, sicuramente a norma, ma con una carrozzina/passeggino semplice non è molto spaziosa, è proprio a misura. Questo non è un problema dell'host super, ma della struttura in se che ha qualche anno.

Wonderful location for exploring Garda. Pool a huge bonus, comfy bed, great water pressure and Wifi. Host was very helpful with my delayed arrival times. Highly recommend.
