No airport shuttle provided as stated in the facilties. Have to pay Rp120 for taxi fare. False information, not cal for better delete the services as the customer will be cheated in future

location was good, not far from airport if you take the high way, and has a shopping center 10 minutes away

The sheets were not clean, room needs renovation as the walls are not clean. They say on their page they have airport shuttle but they don’t, they arranged taxi for us though. we tried to contact them before to arrive but they don’t answer booking msgs

"Super quit night rest"

The bed is really nice. The room was clean. AC worked perfect. Closeby is a nice waterplace. Relaxd to sit in the evening. The place was very quit, perfect for having good night sleep.

The pillow could be little bigger, i am used to bigger pillows.
