IJSSELMEER Lake houses

Beautiful garden with lots of green space and a pond where we saw ducks and even a stork. Our seven year old daughter loved the swing and doing cartwheels in the grass. :-) There is even a small rowboat you can borrow from the owner with access to canals from the garden. It is a small cottage, but the owner really used the space very efficiently. Everything was clean and modern. It is very peaceful and quiet.

The parking space provided with the house is a bit tight for two cars. However, we were able to park on the street easily with no issues.

The location is amazing! It was probably the best stay I ever had in the Netherlands, with the canal view and the Andijk village was magical and very close. The house had everything you could possibly need. Checkout was easy too

NOT suitable for 4 people!!! One of the beds is so close to the roof, that 2 adults can't fit for sure!

There is a typical holland canal right next to the house where you can borrow a boat from the landlord for free and take a ride.

Lovely, comfortable private cottage in a large garden looking over fields. A quiet ‘gezellig’ spot ideal to relax and as a base to explore.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming retreat in Andijk, Holland. Nestled amidst lush greenery, with a quaint pond and river right on its doorstep, the setting was simply magical. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, already planning our return visit to this idyllic oasis. Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience!

We wanted somewhere cosy in a peaceful location as a base to explore and ride our bikes. The little house had everything we needed.
