"Wir wurden trotz Buchung und Bezahlung über Booking nicht in das Camp gelassen!"

Wir haben über Booking.com gebucht und BEZAHLT. Trotzdem wurden wir nicht in das Camp gelassen! Man wollte, dass wir nochmal zahlen, weil das Geld angeblich nicht bei ihnen angekommen ist. Der Kundenservice von Booking war nicht erreichbar so schnell und deswegen mussten wir nach langem Warten dann doch noch eine andere Unterkunft suchen! Furchtbar!
