The zone isn’t very safe or touristy; lots of homelessness. The staff was not very friendly or welcoming. One of them even gave me attitude and rolled her eyes. The room smelled pretty bad and the sheets looked dirty. The bed was made of very hard material. It got extremely loud in the night with music. I felt like some people were trying to open my door at certain times which were maybe under the influence of something. Sadly my staying at this hotel definitely ruined my trip, my experience and my satisfaction from this trip. I even got told multiple times from uber drivers and people I met that it was a “motel” or a “push” which that’s how they call it in Panama.
