The room we were given , people were smoking outside so had to close the windows , the bathroom was not ideal , I appreciate it was designed for people with a disability, but we don’t need those facilities, and the shower curtain wasn’t pleasant

I didn’t have an iron or ironing board in my room and when I jumped in the shower, there was no body wash or shampoo available.

We were above a kitchen vent which was a little noisy but it was fine

Limited room facilities. There is a tv but only bbc 1 and news channel worked. We’ve stayed here at least 10 times over period and reported this on a couple of occasions but still not sorted. Internet poor.
