Hope Street Apartments

The kitchen has everything I need. Bed is comfy. Room facilities are wholesome. There’s washing machines so it is convenient for travelers.

The heating machine was broken, and the replacement was not enough for our need. The kitchen is at the first floor so you need to take all of your stuff to the floor and bring them back every time you need. The bathroom sink is small that the water spoiled is the must.

Budget option and sizeable rooms

Heat pump was broken (apparently being replaced next week) and no notification. After 30 minutes of trying to get it to work on a freezing evening this was frustrating. A fan heater was provided but not obvious. Also an ex employee was listed on the in room contact list

Great spot to allow me to walk around most of the must visit spots in Dunedin.

location was good. communication was good. facilities were fair. The initial room i was in had Couple of issues so I was moved to another room

there were a couple of marks on the shower door that must have been missed by the cleaners and the issues which required me to need to change rooms - but it wasn't a major changing
