Location and ease of access.

Wasn't overly clean, I had to wash dishes before use, hand towel had a big yellow stain.

Clean and tidy

L'emplacement. Centre ville facilement accessible à pied. Le calme La cuisine partagée était propre La chambre était très spacieuse

Le stationnement peut s'avérer difficile. Peu de places disponibles dans la rue car elle est gratuite.

Saubere preiswerte Unterkunft mit der Möglichkeit eine Gemeinschaftsküche zu nutzen und eine Waschmaschine. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig erreichbar. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze auf der Straße.

Die Wohnumgebung - einfach nur Straßen ohne Bepflanzung.

Nice and clean in centre of town . ..

They could go to the many op shops in the area and stock up on more pots and pans for the kitchen …

Had everything we needed. It was nice and warm and open space with the excellent view close to the public transport and shopping center. Also to church and university of Otago.

Small facial wash sink and soap holder was cracked and couldn't use. The check was too late and check out too early. No storage for customers luggage while waiting for check in time.

The room appeared clean and was relatively large with a nice view of the historic church on the other side of the road. I slept quite well and there was little to no noise from the other tenants.

The communal kitchen appeared quite dirty, especially the dishwasher which was loaded with mouldy plates (see picture). The pans and other cutlery similarly didn't appear entirely clean, which is why I lost all appetite in cooking there. In addition, I voiced my disappointment to the hosts, which dismissed it and instead insisted that I shouldn't worry since "we don't understand why you couldn't just clean the plates yourself". And did not offer any sort of apology or other offer of compensation.
