Mirage Waterfall Villa

Location is good besides that room is not very much clean. There are some issues in our room. Especially the light and shower was broken.

The location of this property was straight from a magazine. The view was magical. It was well maintained and clean

Fantastisch uitzicht, unieke plek. Personeel deed hun best maar wijze van communicatie kan beter, mogelijk omdat ze minder gewend zijn aan gasten uit Europa/juiste Engelse communicatie . Mooie uitvalsbasis voor bijv rafting.

Trappen naar huisje is pittige klim, zeker met ouderen of gezinnen met kleine kids niet aan te bevelen. Huisjes/complex is toe aan opknapbeurt.

The only thing that might bring me again to this place would be the heavenly views! The staff was there to fulfill your needs at all times.

Other than that, the windows were broken and tapped, the room filled with insects just after sunset, there were barely any light in the facility so it was impossible to leave the chalet. Tried getting a different chalet while getting checked in but all of them had similar issues. Not at all recommended to stay here

Lower rooms won't give you as magnificent good views as upper rooms

The surroundings were beautiful, the view was beautiful, just not from the room. The room smelled good and was more or less clean! The breakfast was delicious!

first of all, you have to climb very low, steep stairs, it is a challenge especially with children, second, in a place where there is an open house with many holes and open gaps, there are no mosquito nets, we were bitten, one child suffered a lot from the pain of a mosquito bite! third, those many cameras that watch you even at night shine light in the windows! which have no curtains! and fourth, the view of the mountains is covered by trees, from the lower rooms the view is incomplete!

It is a lovely accommodation for a few days in sri lanka with a breathtaking view over the surrounding mountains! Bathroom was clean
