Beside location (which is very important), second thing which matters is to have comfortable bed to rest after spending hors exploring Belgrade . This one is broken and we slept very bed. Be careful and ask if ithey bought new bed, because current one is terrible (even tough it looks nice, but once you lay on it - horrible 🤣). Other things are mostly ok.

My recent stay at this apartment was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I stepped in, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The bathroom, in particular, was so filthy that it made me nauseous just to enter. The location might be convenient, but that's the only positive aspect I can highlight. Unfortunately, the state of the furniture and overall cleanliness overshadowed any convenience the location might have offered. The furniture appeared old and worn out, adding to the discomfort of the stay. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and hygienic accommodation experience. The lack of cleanliness and outdated facilities made my stay truly unpleasant.

Exceptional location, lovely hosts. The flat is next to the National Theatre. For opera lovers, each morning we could hear the singers rehearse. A joy.

Location and host are great.

Bathroom is moldy and smelly. No toiletrees in bathroom, no coffee in kitchen.
