Great location. Hosts were lovely.

Great size for the value.

Nice location near the farm shop. Lots of outside seating, although in a shared area. Beds were very comfortable and good pillows and bedding. Good knives and general utensils. Had a microwave, oven and stove top so everything you generally needed to cook most meals. Our dog could be with us but feared to keep him inside as it was a hot box. Plenty of parking available.

Door isn't secure so the top half kept opening despite being locked. The place was so much smaller than expected so nowhere to relax as there isn't a sofa. The cabin is black with very small windows so as it was hot during our visit, it was scorching inside the cabin and difficult to cool. There are no basics like oil, salt, pepper that you usually get in cabins like this. This is eventually a step up from camping, small and basic so it felt quite expensive. Though the whole of quex is expensive so it's probably in line. Having said this if you just need to put your head down it is comfortable, you have a bathroom, electric and a good cooking area. If you get a noisy family in one of the other cabins then you can't escape the noise.

The property was clean and tidy

The configuration of dining area you could not sit and relax to watch tv with just dining chairs could do with a small sofa and tvs in bedroom.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Flexible and helpful. Excellent location on the Quex estate, with access to the on site facilities and activities. Beds are super comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Lovely setting, and perfect central location for Thanet.

Could do with a sofa, and bathroom access is through one of the bedrooms. Otherwise excellent.

Nice log cabin..nice beds..crisp white bedding..good cooking facilities..easy heating..nice large shower..lovely farm shop/ cafe (gorgeous breakfast) /pizza/butchers/garden centre..which we bought from all..and intend to return..

Re them having a lovely garden centre they are not 'selling it' as all lodge area planters were old and no flowers in them...if they were removed it would at least look tidy....the shower head needs attention...was fresh green flowers in vase on table flowers not out yet but leaves were gone brown..at least pull outside leaves off...the large tv was high up on wall behind table and chairs..and had to look up to see it...no room for comfortable chairs...a smaller tv on a wall stand in bedroom so could sit on bed and watch it would be more comfortable..

Nothing stay was brilliant

Great little property. Had all the basics. Great location. A really comfy bed. We spent 3 nights here visiting family in the area. The cafe and pizza are fantastic. We never tried the restaurant as we had the dog with us. We did book the dog park whilst there and he had a great time.

Only one minor negative - the door to the lodge needs a blind as the external light came through at night and the sun made sitting at the table a little uncomfortable as it set.
