Disappointed

Apartment was gorgeous. Location was so nr the beach too, we loved it.

We didn't knw there were stairs as I have mobility issues, so wld book again bit on a ground floor apartment nxt.

The property location was ideal Clean and tidy throughout Good facilities within the flat It felt like home from home and the apartment was very modernised.

It was quite stuffy and restricted air flow due to the windows only opening a small amount but other than that nothing to fault!

Location to the centre of the town, beach and public transport stops. Comfortable bed and good ensuite bathroom.

The kitchen. It was an integrated electric system. We could not find instructions as to how to use the cooker. I contacted the owner and there was a sheet of paper in the cupboard of the washing machine. It required QR code to be scanned. This was not ideal and some people may have not been able to do this. It was also quite narrow and difficult for two people to use at the same time. All the cutlery was of one size (large!) and there were no soup spoons. There were no tea cups or saucers. The rubbish bin was small and needed emptying a few times. We had to buy our own bags. The communal waste area was disgusting. There was no separate bin for recycling. Having said that, Karen did reply to my email about this.
