Really lovely welcoming lady. The room is the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in. Not to mention the location is very close to the central area, with a museum, cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. It's a 10-minute drive to Waihi Beach. I will definitely come back again in the near future.

"Good basic Motel value for money"

Basic Motel clean and basic equipped with all amenities needed close to town centre and local attractions such as goldfields experience and goldfields railway, with coast only 20 mins away

The motel is next to a main road and all through the night heavy timber lorries etc passed by so disrupting our sleep, not the Motels fault, perhaps we pick a busy time unfortunately

"Very nosey owners, place old & outdated."

My mother said it was quiet and peaceful and clean.

Hotel is a motel, very old outdated invluding bedspreads, blankets, curtains & kitchen utensils. Very basic old hotel, that can get away with the higher rate due to their not being not many options in the area.
