House was well appointed and in a great position. Lovely views and very spacious.

There was a bad smell in the spare room with the single beds. It was a strong ammonia smell.

It felt comfortable and roomy, clean and everything you needed. The main bedroom was terrific in the morning sun. Waking up to discover where the local cows are today

We were met at the airport with the hire care (arranged directly with the owner) and taken to the house which is so much better than it looks in the photos!Spacious and spotlessly clean! Oven looked like it had never been used and a well appointed kitchen with enough dishwasher tablets and cleaning products for entire stay. Very comfy beds, pillows, lovely linens and towels, including beach towels, a picnic chiller set and some snorkelling gear! Walking distance to Cockpit falls and the cargo pier!

A can of spray oil in the pantry would be very useful, especially as there is a BBQ. But really it is a fantastic home stay with nothing to fault. I have already looked at rebooking for Christmas but it is already booked!

It was a great location that suited our party of 5 adults. The two lounge rooms suited all our different viewing options. We also got a lot of use of the large kitchen as we did a lot of self catering.The house was only 5 minutes from the heart of town and all the tourist attractions. We had hired 2 cars witch gave us great access to meet all our travel needs.
