Panorama Apartments Ribeira Porto

Location.

The only reason why I booked this property was, because it was filtered out once I specifically looked for properties with parking. The first message I received after making a non refundable booking of £150 a night was, that the property has no parking and I am welcome to use nearby car parks which charge approximately 24€ per 24h. I had to walk in rain with excessive amount of luggage and the worst part was, that there was not enough hot water for two people to take a shower in the evening and in the morning too. Once scrolling through the reviews I noticed that there seem to be a pattern where the property advertises parking, airport shuttle and luggage storage as a part of the booking, where in reality those are third party / separate locations at separate cost. This is a very bad practice and I do not recommend booking this property as they are clearly abusing the fact, that the property is indeed in a fine location with misleading information. Additionally the apartment on the first floor which I rented stated, that the walls are soundproofed, please refer to other people’s reviews again, I could hear a person sweeping the street outside the restaurant….

La situation géographique

Le bruit, il n'y a même pas de double vitrage. De plus la lumière du hall d'entrée de l'immeuble reste allumée H24... Niveau écologie on repassera. La douche fuit également même en faisant attention.

Appartement très bien situé dans le quartier animé de Ribiera. À savoir que la musique est très forte dehors et qu'on l'entend jusqu'à 22h. L'appartement manque à la fois de placard pour les bagages, vêtements et d'un micro-onde. Il n'y a qu'une plaque de cuisson et pas d'huile, ou sel. Rien du tout. Ce n'est pas les touristes qui transportent l'huile de cuisson et le sel... Bon, il ne manque pas de restaurants autour mais le but d'un appartement est souvent de pouvoir faire un peu de cuisine. Il vaut mieux ne pas avoir trop de valises, il y a pas mal de marches.

위치 대박이고 내부 깨끗하고 인테리어도 좋음. 아침마다 창문밖의 풍경때문에 행복했고 저녀과 밤의 활기찬 소리에 여행의 피로가 다 풀리는 기분이었음 혼자여행이라 버스킹소리나 밖의 시끄러운 소리들이 위로가 되어 더 좋았던 듯.

대부분이 다 만족스러웠는데 단 하나, 열쇠때문에 스트레스 받음. 문이 진짜 잘 안열림.나갔다 들어올때마다 문하고 5분이상은 실갱이를 해야 들어갈 수 있음. 엘리베이터가 없어 짐 옮기기 힘든건 애초에 알고 예약했기 때문에 패스. 그 외에는 아주 만족한 숙소였음

Lage

Die Größe ist übertrieben dargestellt. Das ganze Appartement hat nicht mehr als 10 Wohnquadratmeter. Der Rest ist Tiefe Dachschräge.

Staff was responsive to questions and property was easy to access. The room was small but clean, safe, and comfortable. The view out the window was AMAZING!! The location was perfect - right on the river and next to tons of great restaurants. Easy to walk to everything I wanted to do! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Lokalizacja z widokiem na most w Porto. Mimo, że przy samym nabrzeżu to na 4 piętrze było wyjątkowo spokojnie wieczorami. Doskonała lokalizacja do zwiedzania miasta.
