Great clean and safe spot. Amazing fast wifi for remote working and the kitchenette was key, they even put an air fryer in my room for cooking!

Location

No lights when walking around at night. If you were walking from parking your car to the room you would need a flash light of some kind. No chair in the room. No place to hang towels, no toilet paper holder, no suit case stands, no microwave in room, coffee pot but nothing to be with it. No dish towels or paper towels. I did not like that they walked in and exchanged my towels without us being there. No safe in the room. Loud music from Willie’s next door on Saturday nights (that personally did not bother us). Not a lot of parking.

The location is good. The pool and pool area is nice. The bed is comfortable. It’s nice to have a fridge and microwave. The staff is good, especially Amber. She is amazing. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and was super friendly.

This shouldn’t be called a hotel. There is no front desk, no restaurant or bar, no staff on location unless they happen to be there doing something. There is no daily cleaning offered. Amber brought fresh towels when we asked, but we had to ask and we had to be there when she was there. This is similar to staying in an ABnB. Once you’re there, you’re on your own. The listing said there would be several things in the room that were not there. No TV, no safe, not even the paper towels that were supposed to be there. The kitchenette is minimal, but functioned in a pinch. The microwave is fine, but the hot plate is a joke. The coffee pot was filthy. Amber cleaned it, but it was still not clean. It needs to be replaced. There were a few types of drinking glasses, dishes and silverware, but no bowls. We would have liked a few bowls. Two pans, but no pots. The room’s only window is a small window in the bathroom. No natural light and very little ventilation. There is nowhere to sit in the room other than the bed. There is enough space for a small table and two chairs. This is an easy fix. Please add this to the room. We were able to park in the tiny parking area, but it was easier to park outside. If the place was full, there wouldn’t be room for everybody to park. Not even if they all had ATVs. I think this place has potential, but it still needs some work. Of course this is based on one room. From what I could see, some of the other rooms looked a little nicer, so maybe this one is still being figured out.
