Excellent apartment! Well-equipped. Centrally located. Excellent communication with the hosts. Easy check-in. If I return to Bologna, I will stay here again.

L'appartamento e in zona centralissima. In 5 minuti a piedi sei a piazza Maggiore. E provvisto di ogni confort, e comodo, e davvero non abbiamo dovuto pensare a nulla. Nemmeno il phon per i capelli. Pulitissimo e i titolari sono di una disponibilita e cortesia unica.

Central, spacious, clean.

Did not appreciate the way the check in was done(first time such a complicated, time consuming and personal data violating procedure) where a selfie was required (it’s against the law, if I knew earlier I would have cancelled). Booking.com representatives after so many e mails back and forth still pretend they don’t understand the selfie issue. Also did not appreciate the personal chat aiming to push me for a perfect 10 review. The funny thing was that they didn’t realise the ironic reply. Overall would not stay again, would not recommend.

הדירה הייתה מאוד מרווחת! חדר גדול, מטבח גדול, מקלחת גדולה. מיקום מעולה, שקט ונוח. הדירה הייתה נקייה ומאובזרת. לורנזו היה מאוד אדיב ושירותי.

Un poco spoglio senz'anima.

Perfekte Lage, gute Ausstattung, nachts ruhig. Wir waren von Gianmaria und Lorenzo immer bestens informiert und betreut. Ihr herzlicher und zuvorkommender Service verdient 10 Extrapunkte. Tipp: Die Tiefgarage Parcheggio Riva Reno liegt außerhalb der ZTL und nicht allzu weit von der Ferienwohnung. Kostet 22 €/Tag.

The location was perfect. The property was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The detailed information about the unit and how to work everything provided by the host. They also provided detailed information about services in the area. They were in contact to make sure we had everything we needed.
