Dalrigh Pod

Donald is an absolute gem who was very accommodating during a booking date mistake made by myself. The pod is perfect with everything you need and a big comfy bed!

The pods is well equipped with everything you need in a house. The pods clearly is well designed by the owner with lots of thoughtful ideas. The view from the door itself is magnificent with a nice clear lake view. We even managed to capture and see the milky way at the sky at night due to ultra low light pollution area. As a city boy, this is impossible to be seen anywhere in my city.

To be honest, I could not find anything that I do not like. The only regret is probably not staying long enough to enjoy Scotland. Would suggest everyone to stay in the region (Glencoe if not wrong) for at least 2 nights!

Proximity to Loch Linnhe, Ben Nevis and Glencoe ranges. Cosy, comfortable, modern and rustic. The perfect marriage of elements in a unique stay. We especially appreciated the underfloor heating. Donald was a wonderful host. Very thoughtful and communicative throughout.

Nothing - it was precisely what we were looking for!

Very comfortable pod in a stunning location with beautiful views. Awesome lochside walk for the dogs right from the pod. Bed very comfy. Bathroom a very good size for a pod.

The pod is good for a couple or a small family. It was spotless clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. Excellent communication from the host. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely tidy self contained accommodation with great scenery and shoreline. Great secure front deck with wonderful walk down to the waters edge, the dog loved this area. Comfy sofa and large TV. Lots of warm water for washing up and showering. Efficient and clean bathroom.

The Mi-Fi works but wasn’t powerful enough for the smart TV. This may be a fault or simply that this is a rural isolated area so I understand it might be asking too much. There is a good 4G signal and the TV reception via the aerial was very good. As with many holiday cottages the pillows were a little flat which is why we always take our own. However, these are such minor points they did not stop us having a very relaxing stay. This place is great and offers short stays so was perfect for a few nights on route back from further north. We would not hesitate to stay again on our next trip.

We found the Pod wonderful and cozy, we will definitely come back again.

It was probably the nicest/cosiest pod we have stayed at so far. It offers fantastic views and a great couch to watch movies on when the weathers bad. The area’s very quiet and only a short drive from great view points and fort William. The pod also has a great guide in case you’re not sure how you want to spend your stay. Having the horses as neighbours made the stay even nicer.
