Location and the ease of checking in

It was a little loud outside but the room was great

Bathroom was nice & clean.

Pillows & sheets did not smell clean. Only outlet in bedroom did not work. Bottle of body wash in bathroom was empty.

Super apartament, bardzo dobrze wyposazony, wraz z oferta sniadania.

It is not possible to reference anything that could be "liked." This was a Nightmare.

Rude entitled owners. Noisy! Room located directly above a cheap, rowdy bar!!! NO SLEEP. Microscopic sized room. Lousy bed. Not ADA or Senior friendly room location. Cluttered junky decor, worse than a college apartment. Sexist decor--naked Barbie Doll throw pillows, cheap nude prints. Cheap, make-do portable air conditioners-- in 50 degree weather-- so place was FREEZING. Noisy laundry set up next to rooms. Room 31 was 10x10--had no room to get dressed, hang coats (closet was full of owner junk!). Bed was a double, not a queen, with skimpy mattress. Window curtains in room ill-sized so light seeped into room. Windows leaked cold air and noise like a sieve. Large patches of flaking paint coning off walls and trims. Half inch Gap in room door and have to deadbolt door to keep it closed. Strange motion-detector sensor light in ceiling. Byzantine check in system‐‐Owners prefer to do everything remote on clutzy software as if they want ZERO CONTACT with their guests. Have to enter a code into THREE dead-bolt door locks to get to your room! Continental Breakfast consists only of DIY waffles. Our stay was a HORROR story, and not in a fun Halloween way! The impression one gets of Dorothy's is that it is a half‐ass put-together side-gig venture for the owners--and they pay their friends to post glowing Reviews!

Pretty clean, area is happening, easy access to restaurants and bars, very walkable location

Dealing with the owner was a horrible experience, they do know what customer service means and have zero empathy to someone not living in Chicago, major attitude problems. The windows are really bad, they are old and haven't been maintained, I can hear voices with them closed as if the windows were open

Very clean and super equiped hotel. Perfect location.

Unfortunately very expensive.
