"Well equipped comfortable three bedroom house"

Stayed here for a concert in Peasholm park which is about a 20 minute walk away ( uphill on the way back) directions provided. The house is well equipped, clean & communication from the owners was clear & informative, access via key in outside lockbox, code provided on morning of stay. No trouble parking outside the property, which is in a residential area & permits provided. I did think the pillows were going to be a bit too flat for me but I ended up having a good nights sleep. The only thing missing for me would be a fan in the bedroom.

"We really enjoyed our stay in Sandy house and Scarborough"

Very close to the beach , city centre. We could comfortably live here with our group of 4 singles and the 4 available beds

Didn’t really have an issue with it ourselves but for larger groups take into account that there is only a single bathroom

"Clean, welcoming and spacious, the perfect property for a family mini-break."

The house was so clean, smelt lovely. Spacious, everything worked and overall just a great house. Location was perfect walk from pier, cafes and the bus stop.

Seemed to be a lot of flies, might be worth getting some fly paper/bug zapper. Other than that, the house is perfect!

Very clean house, good size, free car parking and great location. 6 minutes walk to park and north bay.

Very basic kitchen utensils, cutlery and pots but manageable for a few days. Shame no wordrobe in any of the bedroom small hanging hooks on wall. A small one in the bigger bedroom would have been great.
