Fantastic house that accommodates everybody. Clean and very organised with some free nice coffee and hot chocolate to enjoy. Really cosy Christmas tree in the living room! Heating worked very well for this time of year, and everything is a stone's throw away in terms of the location. Just a 10 minute walk down to the sea :) Being able to park outside of the house made things very comfortable. We had a lovely stay. Thank you very much. :)

Went for Christmas day and boxing day with close family. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. The location is perfect too, close to north bay and peasholme park. Town centre a short walk too. Beds very comfortable and the downstairs dining/ living room very cosy and comfy. Hangers and hairdryers there, which was a plus. Very quiet road and plenty of parking. Heard from the hosts on Christmas day morning which was good of them, just checking if we needed anything. They reply very quick to messages also. The best thing was that they had put us a lovely Christmas tree up and left us some bucks fizz and panatone and a card which we thought was a lovely touch. Will definitely be returning.

Loved everything about Sandy House. We would definitely book again if we come to Scarborough and can’t stay with family.
