CONCO HOUSE

La casa es muy grande y tenía todo lo necesario para poder pasar varios días. Muy espaciosa y cómoda, con parking privado. La calefacción funcionaba muy bien y la recepción fue rápida y buena.

La hora de check-in podría ser más tarde, por lo demás todo perfecto.

Большой дом, две спальни, гостиная, кухня и большой санузел. Есть все удобства, кроме чайника: холодильник, плита, духовка, микроволновка. Во всех комнатах балконы с красивыми видами. Есть, где поставить машину. 5-10 минут пешком до центра города - до магазина, аптеки, кафе. 20 минут пешком до Lidl. 15-20 минут пешком до красивого озера Лаго ли Кадоре.

Отсутствие чайника. Немного неудобно разворачиваться на машине (узкий двор).

Poczucie prywatności, jakie daje w pełni wyposażone mieszkanie z własnym wejściem, dużo przestrzeni we wszystkich pomieszczeniach, okna wyposażone w moskitiery i rolety, bardzo wygodne mieszkanie dla 4 osób. Trzeba dużo wietrzyć, bo trochę zalatuje starością albo wilgocią po otwarciu drzwi. Ogólnie widać, że mieszkanie było kiedyś zrobione w wysokiej jakości, a cena wynajmu jest atrakcyjna. Przed domem jest miejsce dla jednego samochodu, wjazd jest wąski i stromy. Inne parkingi są ok. 50 metrów od domu.

Największym minusem jest staroświecka instalacja elektryczna, dziwne gniazdka, niepasujące do europejskich wtyczek, ogólnie zbyt mało możliwości podłączenia swoich urządzeń, a w kuchni brak czajnika elektrycznego, tostera, ekspresu do kawy, zapewne też z powodu słabej instalacji elektrycznej. Wodę i kawę trzeba gotować na kuchence gazowej. Da się z tym żyć, ale uznajemy to za niedogodność. Ponadto wyposażenie kuchni jest raczej ubogie. Brakuje dobrego noża, łyżeczek do herbaty, filiżanek, kieliszków. Niby wszystko jest, ale taka zbieranina. Tutaj jest potencjał do poprawy, to nie kosztuje dużo, a robiłoby dużo lepsze wrażenie. Miejscowość jest w sumie nieciekawa, do kąpieliska nad jeziorem jest daleka droga, trzeba przejechać przez zaporę i jechać dalej wąską drogą, a i sama plaża taka sobie, byliśmy tylko raz. Jest Lidl i Spar, lodziarnia i nieliczne restauracje, ale noclegi tańsze niż w Cortina d'Ampezzo.

We loved the area and the size of the flat! The staff was really supportive at check in and throughout the stay. Spent an amazing two days, disconnecting and walking around the lake surroundings

The location was great, within 1h00 from Cortina and the main Dolomites trails : Tre Cime, Laggo du Sorapis and Cinque Torri. Grocery within walking distance.internet was fast, dishwasher and washing machine.

the location is nice

we didn't like the house.. has no charm. at a certain point the electricity went off when we were cooking dinner. i called the landlord 6 times and she did not pick up. the. I tried with a different number and she picked up immediately (was she avoiding me?). she did not help us at all. we eventually went to the neighbours to help us get the electricity back on. i would not recommend this place and will definitely never come back.

Very good location, wonderful view of mountains directly from terrace, very cleaned rooms, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, complete furniture in all house, quiet area, met all our expectations
