Great location, very comfortable bed!

Literally nothing

The smell inside is like you're in a public toilet, there was a complete mess in the wardrobe, bathroom is dirty and there's mold in one of the corners, the pillows and bed are smelly like they've been cleaned 1-2 months ago. We found hairs all over the place. We left without staying. Never visit it. NE-VER. You're paying in advance just because no one will pay after seeing the room in person. Stay away. 0/10

The location in the very heart of old city center, near Due Torri. Nice studio with old furniture giving a specific charm and atmosphere. Nice and helpful personal.

Cleanliness: the apartment was not cleaned before our arrival. There was a fetid ice-cream in the fridge, a glass of wine had women's lipstick on it, the bathroom was not clean and the bedsheet did not seem to be clean. There was dirty laundry in a basket. There were no cleaning products, so we had to buy some of them. And the sink in the kitchenette gives off an unpleasant smell. Inaccuracy in the description: in the description the host included, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. However, none of these devices were there, not even after complaining about them. The host even acknowledged this fact, arguing that it was a "company decision to avoid electric risk". so he exempt us to pay the city tax (total 18EUR) but he never brought any of these items for us. We paid nearly EUR110 per night, had we known all these facts, we would have gone to a hotel.
