NZThis accommodation was booked for a group (bride/bridesmaids) for a wedding weekend and was just gorgeous. Its location was close to the venue which was in Waimauku (we even had to turn back when we were on the way to the venue and still got to the venue in time!). The getting ready process was beautifully captured in this place; and it was so relaxing to be in this place before the chaos and busyness of the wedding, and was a peaceful place to be in to wind down after. The hosts were SO generous in their amenities, they even left chocolates in each room. It really just felt like home.
There was only one bathroom - one room that had the shower and the toilet - that was a bit of an issue in terms of accommodating everyone. We had about 7 in our bridal party and then additional vendors (Hair and Make Up and Photography) come through. We made it work, though, and it was all good! The loft can get quite hot but there is a fan up there which was well used! Other than the bathroom situation, everything was immaculate, pristine and perfect!
