"Non per le grandi occasioni"

La posizione centralissima per visitare la città di Cremona.

La gestione da parte dello staff è stata poco empatica: avevamo prenotato da mesi una suite per la nostra notte di nozze e delle camere per i nostri ospiti, premurandoci con l’hotel che tutto andasse per il meglio vista l’occasione. Ci è stata cancellata due giorni prima senza una telefonata di avviso, ma con un messaggio in inglese su Booking che spiegava l’impossibilità di accedervi per allagamento. Abbiamo quindi prenotato una camera standard con una agevolazione minima (10€): visto il disservizio, ci aspettavamo un trattamento diverso. Abbiamo inoltre saputo che quella stessa notte alloggiava nell’hotel un famoso calciatore con lo staff, incontrato anche in ascensore mentre si dirigevano al terzo piano (il piano delle suite): il dubbio che ci sia stata cancellata la camera per darla a degli ospiti diversi, rimane.

Il parcheggio è troppo piccolo le macchine di nuove generazioni non entrano nello spazio dedicato, e tutti i posti sono separati da pilastri. Bisogna fare molta attenzione! A parte questo piccolo dettaglio struttura TOP!
