Uncle Kolya

The place is nicely decorated. The owner is a very nice man who really cares to serve his guests. They had a great breakfast, home-made and featured multiple traditional breakfast food for uzbeks. The hotel is a walking distance to the city and we walked most of the time. They were even kind to keep our luggage until our train was leaving. The place was clean and comfortable. Towels and slippers were provided.

Location was excellent, very close to the Labhi Haus and next to a charming morning market. Breakfast was good and property gave good access to Bukhara alley life.

The toilet and drain shower do not work well. can be more clean. there is no light in the street near the hostel.

Uncle Kolya is very friendly and helpful. His family are all so nice and assisted when needed. Breakfast was nice and changed most days.

The amenities provided were of high quality, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's location. It was conveniently situated near several popular attractions in Bukhara, allowing me to explore the city easily. The staff also provided valuable recommendations on local restaurants and must-visit places, which enhanced my overall experience.

It was helpful to be able to use the kitchen. The receptionist was kindly answer when I ask. She speaks English. Good breakfast was included.

Shower temperature was low but ok, since it's summer.

The receptionist is a very friendly lady and she speaks English well (this is something we appreciated a lot since communication wasn't an issue). The beds were clean, shower as well and our stay was comfortable. Ate breakfast (decent for two people-friendly person who served us) at 10 AM and checked out around 11 AM.

The pears at breakfast were no longer good (there was a worm inside). This is something that can happen anywhere but a little more caution would be appreciated when preparing breakfast (checking the fruit, washing, peeling and cutting it in pieces can avoid this). The staff was very helpful. Everything was perfect.
