Amazing theming of the property

Mattresses were a bit soft

Decorated fabulously! All the the little touches really make this stay. It was my son's birthday and they had put out birthday banners for our arrival, biscuits and treats as well! All adults were very comfortable! We will definitely be back!

The attention to detail, it felt like walking into a muggle-free world! Lovely effort for children too with the chocolate golden snitches, the HP duck and the Knight Bus bed. Proximity to the studios too.

As others have said, parking instructions could be sent when keybox info is sent. Parking was really difficult, there were no spaces when we arrived at 9pm and it was dark which didn’t help. It would have been great to know in advance that we could open the gates at the back.

What can I say .. I am for once in my life lost for words! From the minute you open the porch door you are transformed into a magical world that lives and breaths harry potter! So many amazing details I saw something new each day! We were here for Harry potter studios and the house was so perfect, I wasn't too dissapointed to leave the tour as I knew I was coming back to such an amazing property! The hosts were exceptional, going above and beyond for my family and the sweet jar and golden snitch chocolates really made us all so happy after our long drive. The lit up Christmas tree was such a lovely touch as well. The bedroom themes were perfect and the beds were so comfy .. my son actually said "I can't believe I'm excited to go to bed!" Because he couldn't wait to spend the night in the knight bus! I didn't have to keep the kids entertained at all as there was so much on offer on the house that they all played happily from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. This property is worth every penny and more! Cannot reccomend highly enough!

Genuinely nothing at all .. I could not have made this place more perfect myself.

This place is amazing. My mum is a massive Harry Potter fan and I don’t think there is anywhere like this place to stay. Even the non Harry Potter fans was amazed how well this place has been laid out. The thought the work everything about it was absolutely class..

Nothing it was all amazing

The whole Harry Potter Theme and how clean and tidy it was with all the amenities you would need. What an experience it is if you are also visiting the Harry Potter studios which is on a couple of miles down the road

There wasn’t anything to dislike.

All the tiny details across the property- so many Harry Potter themed decorations. The biscuits and chocolates were a lovely touch. We really loved it all and any minor issues really wouldn’t prevent us from going back in a heartbeat.

The banister on the stairs is very low and I have difficulties with my knee which made getting up and down the stairs a challenge. Not something that is easily changed but just worth being aware of. Some instructions for the oven would also be great and, as others have mentioned, some info in the welcome text to tell you where to park as we’d missed this on the booking page.
