This accomodation is totally a disaster. The location is extremely inconvenient. The house is old and so are all the furnitures. My advise is,if you do not want to ruin your holiday or mood, don't book this bnb. 洗发膏沐浴露通通没有，打电话问房东居然让用没有把手的洗手台上没标签的洗手液，床上没有被子，只有一层床单，柜子里全是垃圾…我们第二天立即换到centre的酒店去了。

Incredible. Views were spectacular! The place itself Is immaculately clean! Really felt like 'home.' The jacuzzi bath was fab too. Simone (our host) was brilliant. Sorted our private boat tour, booked our dinners and recommended where to go. Loved it! The apartment is on a steep hill but we got a free bus up that dropped us outside (after we'd tackled the hill the first night!) Take a few bits for the stay like milk and coffee and breakfast items. There was a machine but not the right pods.

The host, Simone, was great and super helpful and the apartment was cute

Awful noise from the AC that kept us up ALL NIGHT. Had to cut our stay short and find another place. Lost the cost of the rest of the stay as the host said he was unable to refund. Location is far from ideal. Be sure you are fit enough to walk up and down the hill if you don't have a car or don't feel like driving into town.

Sehr abgelegen,hoch am Berg über etliche enge Serpentinen zu erreichen.Mit großem Auto kaum zu bewältigen,am besten kleinen Mietwagen mit Vollkasko nehmen. Taxen leider fast nie zu bekommen. Traumhafter Blick,aber 100%ige Abhängigkeit vom Auto

Reaching the apartment can be challenging as it is located up in the mountains, and the path is not smooth. Without assistance, carrying luggage can be quite difficult.

Amazing property overlooking lake como, there’s a fine dining restaurant located just steps away and a bus station just outside the property. Simone was amazing and helped with recommendations and requests when we had any. Only thing to note is that you probably have to get a taxi from Como station if ur arriving by train if you want it quick without waiting for the bus.
