Location was good

Bad hospitality from the very beginning. Staff didn't provide toiletries including towels. No water cooler at the place. Room was full of spiders, had to remove them. When we were checking out, staff said you didn't ask for the towels and toiletries otherwise we would have provided you. This is totally absurd that such things need to be asked when it should have been provided beforehand. Not a comfortable stay at all.
